So to keep it short, on December 14, 2017, the FCC and their chairman, Ajit Pai, are currently planning votes for getting rid of Net Neutrality. In other words, Internet Service Providers, or ISP's (i.e. Verison, Comcast, AT&T, etc.) will be allowed to make their customers pay extra in order to use the internet and to control what their customers see and do on the internet, from YouTube videos to Online Video Games to video streaming services, such as Netflix.
